Reiki is a gentle, hands-on energy technique. Positive, loving, universal energy is used to promote relaxation and reduce stress. Reiki assists in the body’s own healing process…mentally, emotionally, and physically.
Reiki is known to ease the effects of many mental, emotional, and physical health issues. Depression, arthritis, stress, chemotherapy, anxiety, physical, injuries, etc. Men, women and children alike can benefit greatly.
Your session will include a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere which promotes inner peace and calm. Warmth from gentle touch (energy) which replenishes the Spirit (promotes healing from within), releases the negative and unhealthy energy. Your session may also include messages from Spirit.
All participants must be at least 16 years of age.
I follow a spiritual HIPPA and give all appointments in strict confidence. Protecting your privacy is always a priority.
